I’ve walked many paths as an attorney and entrepreneur. I’ve been a successful trial attorney with large, silk stocking and boutique law firms, negotiated global deals living abroad, worked as General Counsel for for multi-national and small regional companies and have experience handling all aspects of the legal needs of business. I have a law degree and a MBA and, more importantly, have run a business, been responsible for top line revenue and managed P&L’s and budgets. This broad legal and practical experience honed a predisposition to provide legal advice more efficiently, more boldly, more aligned with the needs of my customers. I strive to partner with my clients to help them achieve their goals - sharing their successes and challenges and providing counsel as a partner, not “just” a lawyer.
